About Emerson Townhomes

Emerson Townhomes are part of the new Heritage Park development just west of downtown Minneapolis. We are located in Sumnerfield, the exciting new planned neighborhood that features public green space, tree-lined boulevards, water features, classic streetscapes, bike trails and walkways, play areas, public art, and soccer and baseball fields.
