About Sandy Green Realty

Sandy Green Realty, Inc. is a family-owned real estate brokerage that specializes in urban property in the Twin Cities. We live in and know the neighborhoods of Minneapolis and St. Paul. We've helped people buy and sell homes in every neighborhood.

Sandy Loescher, the owner, has been a realtor since 1986 and founded Sandy Green Realty, Inc. in 1993. Today, SGR has eight associates to offer personal and professional service for clients with all kinds of real estate needs.

In addition to representing thousands of individual buyers and sellers of residential and commercial properties through the years, Sandy Green Realty has partnered with developers to market real estate projects such as:
